I understand that this program is an educational and spiritual formation offering based on the tradition and spirituality of Eastern Orthodox Christianity and is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Enrollment does not create a therapist-client relationship. Psychotherapy services are offered separately under California LMFT licensure.

INDIVIDUAL COURSE

This is an 8-week course. You will receive one module per week for 8 consecutive weeks.

Each session contains:

  • Somatic Preparation for the session: presence and centering
  • Summary, written and audio for each session
  • Self-examination guide for each session
  • Specific prayer for each session
  • Mother Siluana’s pdf, new English translation, and audio
  • One-on-one email feedback on your self-examination for each session, one email per session

It is best to email me your self-examination each week, but you have 6 full months to finish it.
